About Kim

Kim Hunter is well-known in Saint John, NB having been the public face of the iconic 3Mile Complex for over 20 years. Prior to that, she made her mark on the city with Hunter Marketing & Communications, which garnered a Small Business of the Year award from the local Chamber of Commerce, just one of the company’s numerous accolades. Beyond business and marketing, she also has experience in finance and lending.
When asked about what qualities she brings to real estate, “As a child, my mother called me tenacious before I knew what it meant. And when my first boss called me tenacious, I was offended, until I realized he meant it as a compliment. Now I wear my unshakeable determination like a badge of honor. I believe that personality trait will serve my client’s well in real estate.”
